2015 has arrived, and it’s back to work!  What picture are you going to make this year?  Do you want it to look like all the other years – or will it stand out?

New year often brings a fresh start, new ideas and new goals. This means experiencing the challenges of meeting goals that we set for ourselves. However, this needn’t be difficult to achieve. Here are six work-related resolutions that are not only easy to achieve, but will increase your work productivity.

  4. Praise, recognise or celebrate a colleague…
    Who doesn’t like a little love? Big or small achievements deserve some celebration and what a great way to build team spirit. What about the last amazing improvements that were made? Find out who came up with the idea in the first place and give them a “Good Job” or recognise them publicly for going the extra mile.
  5. Learning…
    Mahatma Gandhi once said “Live as if you were to die tomorrow. Learn as you were to live forever.” Education is essential to slowing brain aging and it improves your happiness.
